Daily Expectations
Below are a few of our expectations and procedures. You learn more by reading our Operational Policies.
Field Trips
Our 4 year old class and the school aged children may go on field trips. This will require a field trip permission form to be filled out. If a child does not have permission form filled out, that child will be unable to attend the field trip and other child care arrangements must be made. Please be aware field trips could have an extra cost and all monies would need to be paid in full in order for your child/ren to attend the field trips.
Drop-Off Times
All children must be dropped off by 8:30 to eat breakfast, if not they must be here no later than 9:30 am. If your child is not dropped off by 9:30 am you must make other child care arrangements for that day. The only exception to this rule is if your child has a doctor’s appointment. You must notify your child’s teacher or the director 24 hours in advance that your child will be in late the next day due to a doctor’s appointment.
Pick Up Policy
As enrollment each child’s parent will fill out an emergency contact pick up form. The names
given on this form will be the only people your child will be released to. Names may be added or deleted at parent’s request. Persons other than parents whom will be picking children up MUST be prepared to show identification. If there is an emergency parents may call and tell directors or teacher someone who is not on the list will be picking the child up, but they MUST show identification.
